Mark is a 4th generation Colorado native who has loved fly-fishing for roughly the last 52(ish) years- crawling up the banks and catching trophy 8” cutts and brookies in the Holy Cross Wilderness, small mouth bass in Canada, sneaking on local golf course. Anywhere, anyhow. Guided in Alaska and Montana in college summers. Passion to learn and explore saltwater fly-fishing in the future with Boon Fly. Three kids- Will (19), Jack (17) and Lilly (15). Mark lives in Greenwood Village and works in LoDo.

Professionally, Mark is a Senior Partner at Silver Oak Wealth Planning at Maia Wealth and has been a financial advisor for the last 23 years. Their firm focuses on helping people solve their financial problems (paying too much in taxes, disorganization, frustration with portfolio returns, not sure of retirement strategy, etc.) They partner to create comprehensive monetary efficiency- which hopefully can fund more time on the water, donations to Trout Unlimited, Community Fly Fishing, etc. etc.
